Previously the software was named as Android M, announced in Google developer conference in May.
The company follows the alphabetical order and names are on sweets. For example, the most current Android version is Lollipop and before it, it was KitKat. Now according to alphabetical order the next will be Marshmallow is expected to be released in this fall.
The Android software is soul of about 80% of the world's smartphones.Marshmallow will have some new key features like Android Pay an improved mobile payment service. By using this people can buy apps and pay for goods at retail stores. Google is working from past few years to make its Google wallet an essential part of daily life. This feature can make its user to transfer small amounts.
