British scientist Stephen Hawking and co-founder of Apple Steve including the world's top technology experts have issued warnings against manufacturing of killer robots. Almost a thousand technology leaders said in an open letter to say that automatic weapons using artificial intelligence in selection of their targets without human intervention will be third largest revolution after nuclear weapons and gunpowder.

They also wrote that an important question for humanity is whether to begin the race of artificial intelligence arms globally or be prevented from starting. The letter added that if a major military power start manufacturing of artificial intelligence based weapons. The global arms race for these weapons will be inevitable.

According to these scientists' automatic killer machines similar to the idea of Arnold Schwarzenegger iconic movie "Terminator" drastically changing from science fiction to fact. The letter also stated that the preparation of such systems now is a matter of years not decades.

According to the Scientists if these weapons reaches in the hands of terrorists, dictators, warlords. Then that will be horrible for humanity. In the letter, the also stated that artificial intelligence can be used to save innocent civilians in many ways especially in the fields of war.
